This is a course designed specifically for coaching football as part of a physical education curriculum.
It provides a basic introduction to the knowledge and skills required to deliver football sessions at Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 levels and it’s perfectly suited if you’re aspiring to or are already working within a PE role.
It’s also great if you’re a qualified teacher and have responsibility for physical education activities in your school.
This is a six-hour course, often delivered in one day, that’s made up of a predominantly practical based schedule - so there Is plenty of opportunities to get involved and build on knowledge in a practical context.
There is also an option of two three-hour workshops where you can try things out in your own environment before returning for workshop two.
